JOB SUMMARY:
The job roles involve installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing various automated security systems, including access control systems, turnstiles, barriers, and baggage scanners. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for acquiring new clients, commissioning systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of security infrastructure.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide clients with technical support and training on system usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Prepare comprehensive reports on system configurations, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting actions for documentation and compliance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their security needs.
Ensure all security systems comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards to maintain a secure environment.
Stay updated on new technologies and recommend system enhancements to improve functionality and client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated security systems, including access control systems, turnstiles, barriers, baggage scanners, CCTV, and other security technologies.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Outstanding client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in software and tools relevant to system configuration and troubleshooting.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
