Job Overview

The Field Officer will be responsible for Coordinating on-ground/Sites activities all in accordance with lifebank’s Project from the Initial Phase to Completion of the Project Cycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

Formulate Evaluative resources to guide fieldwork in the Project State
Supervise delivery Sites to ascertain the appropriateness of contemporary conditions
Extracts and report on data driven conclusions for each salient undertaking
Compilation of timely ,accurate bimonthly reports from all supported facilities in the state
Generate Monthly Summary Report (MSF) using the Logistic And Procurement tools /MNCH Indicators to Validate and reconcile raw data submission for M&E Monthly Project Progress reporting
Provide support to the Project M&E team for quality, timely monthly and Quarterly reporting
Coordinates step down training to Pharmacy Technicians and Health Care Workers on the use of OneBox App
Provide technical reports of all sites and State activities to the Global Team
Provide supports in coordinating, meetings, Capacity building activities for High Level Key Stake Stakeholders and HCWs in the State
Confer with Project Beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate uptake , pitfalls and areas requiring necessary expansion
Facilitating Data Analysis by ensuring all data are in a readable format
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders; Manage the relationship and Communicate with Clients and all stakeholders in ensuring Project Objectives , Targets, and Goals are achieved and sustained .
Monitors Onebox App and ensures facilities orders and updates inventory daily
Support the process of selection of partner local governments within the region to undergo a strategic planning process, according to the criteria and selection process approved by the Project Board;
Provide support in Conducting entry and exit capacity assessments of partners, local governments within the region/cluster, based on a unified assessment methodology developed by the project and prepare relevant narrative reports;
Support in Designing capacity-building action plans for partners, local government coordinator and Director of PHCs within the region/cluster, based on the capacity assessment results;
Ensure regular office work is completed, including maintaining all project files, correspondence, photocopies, photos, etc.;
Closely interact with the project team, as well as with other project Field Officers in the process of realization of this function
Perform any other duties assigned.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: B.sc/BA/ HND in Public Health, Pharmacy,or Health Science
Experience: Proven experience 3 years post NYSC Working experience in a development organization (INGO, NGO, SCM) as a Field Officer, experience in program, monitoring and evaluation will be added advantage
Skills And Abilities: Proficient in relevant data storage,Analysis, Field data supervising, quality data management procedures, Reporting writing,MSWord , Google doc, Excel and PPTs .
Ability to travel within the state at any time, Ability to communicate and write in Hausa language fluently, Effective Verbal and written Communication in English language, Stakeholder engagements.
