We are in search of a highly organized and proactive finance and administrative officer to enhance the efficiency of our daily operations. If you are enthusiastic about administration, multitasking, and supporting both administrative and finance functions, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Duties:


Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions
Maintain asset register and supervise facility upkeep
Arrange and update company documents, licenses, and contracts
Assist with procurement processes and vendor relationship management
Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and staff events
Draft and process invoices and receipts
Monitor daily expenses and ensure adherence to internal controls
Support bookkeeping and collaborate with accounting for reconciliations
Assist with recruitment processes and employee onboarding
Keep accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books) and MS Office Suite
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
