Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to ensure effective financial management.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimising the impact of variances.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs and strategic initiatives.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to the executive team.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate financial records.
Collaborate with other departments to support project financial planning and cost management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a key member of the leadership team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance management, with a focus on the construction industry.
Proven track record of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
