Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and filed.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process invoices, verify financial data, and ensure timely payments.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Provide financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Data Management:
Maintain financial databases and systems.
Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and processes.
Support and Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure financial alignment and support business operations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools
