Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on prospecting and securing contracts for our services.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
Lead the bidding process for contracts, including preparing proposals, presentations, and bid documents that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics as outlined by management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our professional network.


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience in business development or sales roles within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of oil and gas prospecting, exploration, production, and the bidding process for contracts.
Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Industry network and social capital.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem- solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
