Summary
We are looking for strategic individual who will supports the smooth running of the office and assists with basic coordination duties within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
Manage front desk activities such as receiving mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area’s appearance and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Coordinate meeting schedules and assist in booking conference rooms for staff.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure appropriate security protocols are followed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document handling.
Provide support to HR or management for internal communications or event coordination.
Liaise with couriers, vendors, and service providers as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2 - 6 years proven work experience as a receptionist or front desk representative, preferably in a media or creative industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
