Summary


The Front desk officer will serve as the first point of contact to clients, welcoming them in a warm and friendly manner.


Duties / Responsibilities


Welcome and assist patients/clients in a warm and friendly manner
Handle phone calls and messages sent on phone, via email or whatsapp promptly
Properly schedule appointment
Handle and resolve clients complaints effectively
Service the need of existing clients and build new relationships
Notify clients about new collections in store
Compile and analyze sales figure


Skills / Requirements


B.Sc holder from a reputable university
Not less than 2 years post-NYSC relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills
Good sales and negotiation skills
Must be tech savvy and be quick to adapt to new technologies and equipment
Great problem solving skills
Must take initiative and be self-driven.
