Job Description
- We are searching for a resourceful hotel front desk agent to join our team at COME INN HOTEL. Our hotel front desk agent will act as one of the faces of COME INN and must exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Along with greeting guests and informing them of room rates and other details, duties include managing reservations, performing check-in and check-out tasks, and corresponding with the cleaning staff.
- Successful candidates will have strong multitasking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-facing role.
Objectives of this Role
- Act as a face of [Company X] while greeting guests in a polite and professional manner
- Supervise daily tasks for all front desk operations
- Respond to guest questions and concerns

- Offer five-star customer service to all guests.
Responsibilities
- Follow check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests
- Answer phone calls and book reservations
- Make plans for guests as requested
- Upsell hotel packages when appropriate
- Communicate with other hotel staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Track and update general supply inventory.

- 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Hospitality work experience
- Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management Studies

- Flexible weekend, nighttime, and long-hour availability
- Proficiency in a second language or multiple languages
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
