REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of OND,HND,B.Sc ; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed.
Maintain an organized reception area and office environment.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
Support other departments as needed.
