We are seeking an experienced and energetic hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven experience as a General Manager or 10 years experience in a senior managerial role in a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel.
Strong operational background in Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage and Rooms.
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
Strong leadership, management and communication skills.
Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
Knowledge of hotel software and booking system.
Ability to influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholder across varying levels.
