Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the driving training institute.
Ensure that all training programs are delivered effectively and meet industry standards.
Manage the scheduling of classes, instructors, and resources to optimize efficiency.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the institute's long-term goals.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services.
Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
Oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting processes.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional training services.
Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve service quality.
Ensure that the institute complies with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all training vehicles and equipment are well-maintained.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students and increase enrollment.
Build and maintain relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations.
Represent the institute at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.
Oversee the development and updating of training curricula to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Implement new training programs and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Ensure that instructors are properly trained and equipped to deliver high-quality instruction.
Provide regular reports to the CEO and Board of Directors on the institute's performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Minimum of 8 - 12 years of management experience
Proven track record of successful business operations and strategic planning.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of driver education and training standards is a plus.
