Job Summary
The GNOC Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for managing daily operations of the service desk and representing the team to other stakeholders helping to ensure that the service desk is constantly developing and improving.
Responsibilities
First point of contact for customer concerns.
Answer all network support related telephone calls and email acknowledgement.
Logging and tracking incidents/customer concerns from start to resolution
Ensure Prompt notification to customers on all service affecting incidents and all planned maintenance activities
Generate and analyze network report
Maintain and ensure full compliance with all EQ NOC processes and procedures
