QUALIFICATIONS 

Must be well experienced in Proposal Writing
Holds Masters degree
With a 3yrs minimum experience
Must be very outspoken and confident
Must have good writing and good communication skills
Must be dutiful, hardworking, and always ready to learn
Analytical and critical thinking
Awareness of compliance and legislation
Understand value chain sustainability.
Must understand planning strategies, development programs and funding.
