Salary: N450,000 Gross
We are in search of a strategic Group Marketing Manager who will lead our client’s marketing efforts across multiple product lines. This role requires a deep understanding of tech trends, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth across multiple tech product categories.
Lead a team of product marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and PR to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive positioning strategies.
Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets, optimize spending, and track performance metrics to ensure ROI.
Drive thought leadership initiatives across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of experience in marketing roles within the tech industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Experience managing direct reports and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in tech markets.
