The Corporate Sales Head is responsible for overseeing various Corporate Sales Channels nationwide, including SME channels. This individual is tasked with managing relationships with Partnerships and Insurance Brokers to expand the client base and increase sales volume. Additionally, they will supervise the recruitment and training of the Corporate team and other applicable Sales Channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure revenue generation from diverse sales channels (Corporate Sales & SME) and meet the Group Sales budget.
Oversee, manage, and mentor the Corporate Sales and SME teams.
Manage sales and relationships with Corporate Sales business sources, including Insurance Brokers, Zenith Bank Branches, Life Underwriters, Industry stakeholders, and direct leads.
Identify new bids, direct sponsorships, and partnerships.
Develop and implement sales strategies for various commercial channels.
Conduct training and marketing for Zenith Bank Staff at the Branch Level.
Lead relationship management with our Bank partner Exco team (Zenith Bank and Standard Chartered EXCO).
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure excellent service delivery to all customers from the Sales team and various operations departments, including prompt claims payment, timely quotations, and professional customer management.
Report on generation to Commercial Group leads and Exco of Prudential Zenith and Prudential ARH

Requirements: Educational/Professional
Qualifications/Profile:
Minimum of second class lower BSc degree in a relevant field
MSc/MBA will be advantageous (but not mandatory)
Professional qualifications in Insurance will be beneficial, e.g., CIIN, CII UK, etc.
Minimum of 15 years corporate business experience across financial institutions, Insurance brokers management, and other B2C sales environments.
