Role objective;
The HR/Admin Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, administrative functions, and compliance within the medical manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulations.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate administrative functions, including facilities management, procurement, and office operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR and administrative activities.

Job Specification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).
Minimum of 9 years experience as an HR professional, with at least 4 years in a managerial.
Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the medical manufacturing or healthcare industry.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
