Job Summary:
The Head of Branding will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the company's image, increase brand awareness, and drive growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand management in the QSR/FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity initiatives across all marketing channels.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate brand values and drive customer engagement.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, sales, and operations to ensure brand consistency.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of branding professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Ensure all brand activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the QSR/FMCG industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
