Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Community, People and Culture at SOSOCARE located in Port Harcourt. The Head of Community, People and Culture will be responsible for mixed responsibilty in our fast pace space. This role includes community management, engagement and program development. Improtantly this role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the Human Resources department. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding
Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in performance management and employee relations
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
