Job Description


Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the agency's digital strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Provide visionary leadership to the digital team, fostering innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.



Client Management:

Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring digital strategies meet their needs.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and ensuring client satisfaction.



Team Management:

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of digital professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, designers, and developers.



Business Development:-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base., Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients and industry partners.


Campaign Development and Execution:

Oversee the planning, development, and execution of digital campaigns across various channels, such as social media, search, email, and display advertising.



Technology and Tools:

Stay informed about emerging technologies and digital marketing tools, making recommendations for their adoption to enhance agency capabilities.



Financial Management:

Develop and manage the digital agency's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability.



Quality Assurance:

Maintain high standards of quality in all digital deliverables, ensuring they align with industry best practices and meet client expectations.



Reporting and Analytics:

Provide regular reports to top management and clients on the performance of digital campaigns, using data to drive decision-making.
Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.



Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3 - 5 years work experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives.
