Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Digital Media to lead our new media (Digital) department. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that amplifies our brand voice, expands our reach, and fuels business growth.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven digital strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, community management, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Manage and lead the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Spearhead the development and ongoing optimization of our company website, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying and implementing those that best serve our needs.
Partner with internal stakeholders and business units across departments to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Manage and negotiate with external agencies and vendors to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
Analyse and interpret data to measure the success of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain a digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
8-15 years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful social media campaigns, content marketing strategies, and website optimization initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
Strong understanding of the current digital media landscape and emerging trends.
Experience working with and managing digital agencies and vendors.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically, analyse data effectively, and translate insights into actionable plans.
