Our client, an educational institution committed to excellence and innovation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Human Resources and Admin to drive its HR initiatives forward.
The role holder will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative operations and aligning them with organisational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Leading HR & Administrative initiatives in alignment with the overall organisational objectives.
Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, hire top talents to meet manpower needs.
Coordinating onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly
Driving performance management processes and employee development programs.
Developing and implementing career development and succession planning systems.
Handling complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on policy and legal compliance
Providing overall guidance, leadership and support and strategic direction in the execution of all HR & administrative functions and activities
Ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations
Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Person Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, MBA is an added advantage
Minimum of 8 years’ proven experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
Relevant professional certifications e.g. CIPM, SHRM
Experience in the education sector is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
