Curriculum Development: Plan, develop, and implement develop the curriculum for Home Economics and Food and Nutrition, ensuring it meets learning objectives and school standards.
Instruction: Teach students various topics within the curriculum, including food preparation, hygiene, nutrition, family health, and lifestyle skills.
Assessment: Evaluate student work, including projects, assignments, and examinations, to assess their understanding and progress.
Student Support: Advice students, provide guidance, and support their learning.
School Participation: Participate in school events, activities, and committees.
Administrative Duties: May be involved in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, inventory management, and curriculum updates.
Professional Development: Stay current with the latest developments in Home Economics and Food and Nutrition, attending workshops and conferences. 


Qualifications:


Bachelor\'s degree in Home Economics, Food and Nutrition, or a related field.
Experience in teaching Home Economics and/or Food and Nutrition.
Strong understanding of nutrition principles, food preparation techniques, and family living skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
Ability to manage a classroom and work with students of varying ages and abilities.
