Manage and provide the human resources requirement for the entire company to ensure adequacy in commercial, supply chain and supports services demands.
Source qualified personnel and organize interviews for intakes into all required positions that may be required by any department of the business
Maintain the personnel information and data in related files to ensure comprehensive information of all staff are available for reference at all times.
Provide and manage administrative tools for all company officials to ensure delivery of expected business objectives and targets.
Manage and monitor the corporate and technical training program of the company to ensure personnel development which directly contributes to the continuous improvement of the organization
