Main Responsibilities
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their department to ensure their needs and goals are met.
Manage the full recruiting life-cycle, from screening and sourcing to interviewing and final offer negotiation
Identify best practice and manage improvement in recruitment processes
Track, analyze and summarize statistics to determine effectiveness of recruitment sources
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills :
1+ years of experience in Mobile/technology industry recruitment
Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented, resourceful and able to multitask efficiently
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management and internet sourcing tools.
