As our HR Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our business growth, connecting organizations with our cutting-edge HR solutions. This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension or permanent conversion.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling proposals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Stay ahead of HR trends and market dynamics.
Requirements
3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR consulting or professional services.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of HR practices and challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, or any related field.
ACIPM, SHRM-CP, PHRi, or equivalent HR certification is a plus.
