Key Responsibilities


Ensure factory compliance with internal policies (e.g., employee codes of conduct, payroll laws, health & safety standards).
Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and regulatory complaints.
Liaise with government agencies, unions, and external auditors for compliance checks.
Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare reports for management.
Train factory staff on labour laws, safety protocols, and ethical workplace practices


Requirements


B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years experience in factory/plant compliance, ensuring adherence to labour laws, occupational safety (HSE), and industrial regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Nigerian labour laws, factory acts, and regulatory bodies (e.g., Ministry of Labour, OSHA, PENCOM, ITF).
Proximity to the location is key.
