Job Description
The HR Executive will be key in managing the company's HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and general administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR & Administration looking to expand & improve their HR skills within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will ensure the smooth operation of HR activities for a team of approximately 35 people.
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Manage employee records, contracts, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations
Provide support in payroll processing and employee benefits administration
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage employee relations and resolve any workplace issues or concerns
Support the day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR and office management
Coordinate team-building activities and employee engagement programs
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Must have a minimum of BSc
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Administration, Business, Social Sciences, etc.)
2-3 years of previous experience as an HR Executive
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good interpersonal and communication abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
Familiarity with basic HR practices, recruitment processes, and Nigerian labour laws
Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
