Position Requirements


A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance.
