We're seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to join our consulting firm.
The successful candidate will not only manage HR operations but also contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell HR services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and a keen business sense.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, benefits, and compliance
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell HR services to clients, and collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and providing tailored solutions
Develop and deliver HR-related training programs for clients
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and drive growth
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and business development skills
Ability to think strategically and drive growth
Proficiency in HR software and systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting
Professional certification in HR is an added advantage
Business development experience or a proven track record of upselling/cross-selling HR services
