Job Purpose


Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.


Roles and Responsibilities


Implement effective recruitment and selection programmes that are cost effective
Ensure Adherence to occupational Health and Safety
Community relations and Liaison
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Liaise and provide advisory to the HOBs, interact with Internal departments and Internal operations to ensure business continuity and result
Management of Talent within the system
Management of Induction programs
Ensure all employees participate in the mid/end of the year appraisal
Give feedback after the recruitment process
Organized training for natnudO staff members
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management
Ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future


Educational Qualification


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field  with 5 + years of experience.
A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development is an added advantage.
Professional HR certification, CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is preferred.
