Job Purpose

Offers guidance and interpretation on HR policies
Identifies and cultivates key talent to fill critical positions
Assists line managers in addressing organizational, personnel, and change-related challenges

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement cost-effective recruitment and selection programs
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards
Manage community relations and liaison activities
Address complex employee relations issues and handle grievances
Collaborate with HOBs and internal departments to maintain business continuity and results
Oversee talent management within the organization
Coordinate induction programs
Ensure employee participation in mid-year and end-of-year appraisals
Provide post-recruitment feedback
Arrange training sessions for natnudO staff
Collaborate with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention
Execute HRM initiatives focused on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management
Ensure the company's workforce is appropriately sized, structured, and agile for future needs

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organisational Development is preferred
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD) is desirable
