Job Summary
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Supports the development and implementation of the performance management and learning & development systems of the company to optimise staff performance and foster employee development.
Responsibilities
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Works with Line Managers to ensure that performance discussions are documented on the digital platform
Provide HR policy guidance.
Drives the process of goal setting for all staff at different levels and ensures it is documented on the digital platform
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Suggest new HR Strategies, HR challenges and HR plans that can help the business with senior management and key holders.
Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
Initiates and concludes the process of employee confirmation.
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Assists with the design and development of learning content for in-house and function/ organisation-specific topics and conducts train-the-trainer sessions.
Works with line managers and heads of functions to identify job needs/workload assessments.
Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc / HND
5 years minimum experience in the HR field.
Indebt experience in Performance Management and learning
Recognised Human Resource Certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPM, etc.).
A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
