Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, supporting our efforts in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks to help foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Training Coordination: Help organize training sessions and workshops, tracking attendance and feedback for continuous improvement.
Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues, fostering a positive work environment and open communication.
HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys and wellness programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position.
Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS (experience with [specific HRIS software] is a plus).
