Job Summary


The Human Resources Executive is a crucial link between the company's strategic objectives and its workforce.
This role involves overseeing all HR functions and will be reporting to directly to Management. 
The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, facilitate meaningful communication, and drive organisational change.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Partnership with Leadership: Collaborate with the GMD & CEO to align the human resources strategy with business goals.
Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talents to support organizational growth.
Performance Management: Implement performance review procedures and develop strategies for employees to reach their full potential.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff for any grievances, ensuring resolution in a timely and empathetic manner.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and design training programs that align with the company's mission and objectives.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure that the organization is compliant with local employment and labor laws. Review and update HR policies as needed.
Organisational Development: Monitor and improve the company culture while facilitating change management initiatives.
Benefits & Compensation: Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and disputes in a constructive manner, leveraging emotional intelligence and communication skills.


Required Experience & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Humanities. Master's degree preferred.
Professional HR certification by a recognised HR body
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
Solid understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.

Prior experience in HR and data analytics will be an added advantage.
