Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Officer to support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Department.
The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of various HR functions.

Responsibilities

Develop, educate, and implement essential HR procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and execute HR and operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.
Streamline processes and procedures to improve HR and operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
Implement business and HR strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Develop, implement, and coordinate staff welfare programs/ activities aimed at enhancing employee well-being and satisfaction.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and orientation programs.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Maintain internal HR systems and employee databases accurately.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Create and implement training development plans, coordinate, and monitor training sessions and workshops.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Provide strategic workforce advice and operational support.
Collaborate with partners to understand priorities and offer HR advice and solutions within delegated HR authorities.
Lead HR operational activities to ensure the timely delivery of HR solutions, prioritizing tasks based on needs and risks.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years cognate HR Function experience.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point.
Ability to manage all relevant stakeholders.
Good Oral and Written Communication skills.
CIPM/CIPD/ SHRM Certification is an added advantage.
Sound Knowledge of statutory regulations.
