Job Summary

The role will support the general human resources function of the Group and be responsible for the day-to-day HR statutory obligations of the Company, - PENSION, GROUP LIFE, ITF, NSITF, HMO, and other C & B related functions.
We are looking for a smart and Intelligent Lady (for Gender Balance)

Job Specification

Ensure Pension remittance schedules are sent to all PFAs.
Process RSA numbers for new hires without RSA and attend to all pension-related inquiries from all stakeholders.
File for PENCOM Compliance Certificate within deadlines
Register new Employees for the HMO package and exit exited employees from the package.
Call for Utilization reports, analyse same, and send to Line Manager periodically.
Ensure NSITF Payment, Manage Joiners and leavers, process claims, and compliance certificates, and manage all stakeholders within the process.
Ensure Group Life Renewal, add new employees and exit exited employees; process claims and the compliance Certificate and handle all stakeholder's inquiries.
Ensure ITF Statutory Payments and processing of Compliance Certificate while supporting the L & D officer in other ITF Training-related documentation and inquiries and refund processing.
Perform Other Human Resources Related functions as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

BSc/HND in any related field
Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in Human
Resources and Handling of Statutory remittances and obligations.
MBA /HR Professional Certification is an added Advantage

Skills and Abilities:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
