Key Responsibilities


Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Foster a positive work environment that reflects our service culture and values.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support operational efficiency.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Support organizational development and succession planning efforts.
Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures professionally.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CIPM certification is a plus).
Minimum of 3 -5 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
