Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Inventory Officer to manage our inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting our supply chain management. As an Inventory Officer at Softhill, you will be a crucial part of our logistics team, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update inventory records with high accuracy.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Coordinate with procurement to manage incoming and outgoing inventory.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Prepare detailed inventory reports for management.
Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
