Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the project's schedule, milestones, estimates, as well as identifying and managing potential issues and risks.
The primary objective is to establish and maintain an efficient project management framework, ensuring the project progresses seamlessly.
This entails effective communication and collaboration with different departments within the organization to ensure alignment and coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing and inventory reports, among other documents.
Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
Meeting with project collaborators to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.
Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
Be the liaison between the project teams and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
Schedule stakeholder meetings, documents and generate reports.
Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management or a related field.
Project management certifications: PMP, or similar.
7 years working knowledge and experience in a project management environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Sheet)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player that goes beyond job requirement in solving problems and challenges.
