Requirement :

Familiarity with network protocols (IP)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
Configure , Manage and Troubleshoot CCTV Systems .
Configure , Manage and Troubleshoot  IP-PBX / Intercom System.
Systems Backup for Organisation .

Qualifications

OND / HND/ BSc. in Computer Science or related Field
At least 2 years working experience in this field

Age Limit:  30 Years
Remuneration
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month
