Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Abuja. 
The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are functioning properly.


Key Responsibilities


Provide technical support and assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Set up and configure user accounts, email, and other network services
Monitor and maintain network security and performance
Document and track all technical issues and resolutions
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


CompTIA A+ or other relevant certifications
Experience with IT service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
Knowledge of network protocols and architectures
Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS).
