POSITION OVERVIEW:
An upcoming and fast growing Cleaning and Pest Control Service company in Ikeja Lagos is in search of a Supervisor whose primary role is to supervise and oversee the cleaning activities and operations of the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Overseeing the cleaning business activities of the company.
Overseeing the work activities of cleaners in the company and directly Supervise the rest of the cleaning crew.
Schedule and assigns cleaners to their duties, and see to it that every assignment or duty are thoroughly carried out, promptly and effectively.
Establish cleaning standards, procedures for workers and ensures adherence to the standards and procedures.
Schedule visit to site and inspect the job order.
Negotiate cleaning job orders with Principal and cleaning team.
Mobilize Cleaning or Pest Control team for the execution of the job order as assigned.
Schedule and assigns cleaners to their duties and see to it that every assignment or duty are thoroughly carried out, promptly and effectively.
Supervise the cleaning and Pest Control crew to ensure satisfactory work and service delivery.
Establish cleaning standards, procedures for workers and ensures adherence to the standards and procedures.
The maintenance and submission of reports with regards to cleaning personnel, equipment and general expenses are carried out as when due.
He hires, transfer, recommend for promotion from one unit to another of cleaning personnel.
Trains, coach and develop employees (cleaners). Must possess excellent communication skill, excellent decision making abilities, excellent interpersonal attributes, and integrity.
Raise invoices and receipts on all Job Orders.

Reports directly to the MD/CEO
Educational qualification
OND/HND in any social science discipline
Previous experience in a cleaning or pest control company is an added advantage.
MARKETING SKILL
Ability to source for Pest Control and Cleaning businesses and must be able to create 3 additional businesses in a month.
TECHNICAL SKILL
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft words, Excel and PowerPoint.
Negotiation skills with clients.
Ability to write Business Proposals to prospective and existing clients.
Ability to Drive is compulsory
