Job Overview:
The Growth Manager will drive sales by onboarding a diverse group of realtors to sell company properties. The ideal candidate must be familiar with the real estate industry, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to persuade and retain realtors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard and retain realtors.
Build and manage a network of realtors and professionals within the real estate sector.
Lead sales initiatives to drive business growth and increase property sales.
Persuade, teach, and retain realtors to effectively meet business goals.
Communicate and negotiate effectively to foster strong relationships with realtors.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth management (preferably in real estate).
Proven track record of driving sales growth.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute business-aligned strategies.
