Summary 

The job holder will take the lead in promoting the company’s brand through the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives. Also acts as a liaison between the organization, the public, and the media to ensure that the brand remains top of mind.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Build, monitor, and report (using database analytics tools) on the effectiveness of marketing activities including ROI, and campaign dashboards. Etc.,
Collaborate with the sales unit to develop, plan, and launch regular Direct Marketing Campaigns that are costeffective across all locations of the business to achieve agreed targets.
Develop strategies to engage target markets, as well as to build out and grow new digital marketing opportunities to reach new audiences.
Ensure channel marketing plans are aligned with the overall department strategy. Assists with defining the appropriate success and effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives and drafts indepth reviews of channel marketing effectiveness.
Identify and analyze varied sources of data and information to inform planning decisions. Develop and execute regular reporting, providing actionable insight to the business.
Develop and execute the marketing strategy in key cities and countries to project our new positioning/offerings to engage new and existing consumers.
Identify and recommend brand collaboration opportunities, partnering with other notable brands.
Create and implement programs/campaigns/materials that build technical brand credibility and trust through distributing marketing content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services.
Plan and organize CRM events in collaboration with the sales team to create sales networking opportunities with customers, which can facilitate sales efforts to secure business for the company.
Ensure adherence to local and global guidelines for all branding, communications and advertising initiatives and processes.
Ensure all relevant departments are educated or briefed on new campaigns through various internal resources and channels before launch.
Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.
Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
