Job Descriptions

Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
Report to and assist the Chief Operating Officer in daily tasks and duties.
Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives.
Strategically map out, plan, manage projects analyze and maintain operational data.
Develop improved business functionality that increases profits.
Communicate with management teams to confirm the execution of company processes.
Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work.
Set goals for staff, monitor their progress, and conduct frequent performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout the organization.
Implement improved operational measures and policies that promote efficiency.
Track and maintain budgets for operational costs.
Coordinate purchase of raw materials and supplies
Maintain positive client and vendor relationships.

Job Specifications

Minimum of BSc/ BA in business administration, sales, or relevant course  
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a sales, Business Development, or Operations officer.
Proven work experience in the fashion industry would be an added advantage
Should reside in Yaba or its environs.  
Demonstrated ability to turn customers' insights into brand actions. 
Must have a vast knowledge of fashion and the market at large.
Acute understanding of resource allocation
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
Adept problem solver and decision maker
Excellent communicator both orally and written.
