Job Description
Design travel arrangements and itineraries for important customers and VIP clients.
Research Booking and issuing of flight tickets.
Make flight and hotel reservations (local/international) for clients.
Attending to customer queries, requests, and complaints via different platforms.
Checking on queues on Amadeus platform.
Taking travel instructions from Clients.
Generating Invoices and bills for client.
Liaising with representatives of company’s affiliates for travel bookings.
Preparing Weekly reports on receivables and transactions (excel).
Promoting Holiday and leisure travel packages.
Make car hire and hotel reservations for clients.
Following up with existing and new clients.
Ensure all requests are handled within Service Level Agreements.
Take up tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Social Sciences.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a travel company.
Knowledge of the Travel Industry including Regulators, Main competitors in Nigeria, and Main interface systems (Amadeus, GDS, etc.)
Excellent Leadership with great team working skills.
Must be proactive and a quick thinker with good analytical skills.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office packages efficiently.
Great Interpersonal and communication skills.
Top-notch marketing skills.
Age:
Not more than 35 years old.
