Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team! Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all marketing initiatives within the company by managing company-wide marketing activities for our clients and ensuring our internal sales and marketing processes are running smoothly.

You will lead by example and make sure we have the right resources in place to reach our goals by identifying potential risks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, under budget, and with quality to meet our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of digital marketing processes within the team and across agencies
Create strategies based on knowledge and understanding of the customer's needs
Define and manage projects
Manage the production schedule and ensure all processes are on schedule
Identify resource issues and proactively find resolutions
Track KPIs and identify issues and improvements in all areas of digital marketing including SEO, Paid Ads, Sales Leads, and Conversion.
Oversee and plan out the development of team members
Identify and improve operational efficiencies through effective client and investment processes and approaches
Review production to ensure intended results have been achieved and identify areas of future improvement
Bring in new ideas based on learning and industry research
Identify areas of growth for the company
Set-up and manage experiments to continually improve the results of our service
Demonstrate and nurture company culture to the team to ensure consistent company values
Make processes for improvement and automation a part of the team culture
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related marketing industry experience in related field
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience
Direct and clear communication and to communicate to critical thinking in identifying real issues and able to provide solutions
Exceptional project management experience and a track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Deep understanding of all the marketing elements and their impacts to increasing conversion for clients
Experience with testing and iterating on initiatives to deliver measurable results and learnings
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including budget management and online advertising proficiency. Able to make quick decisions to move project to completion quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
Social media marketing experience is beneficial.
Experience with website building and optimization is a plus.
