- The Sales associate (Digital Healthcare) - is a key part of our sales team, contributing to our online pharmacy's growth by assisting in sales operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the Sales Pharmacist in managing the online sales operations.
- Support customers in their purchase journey, providing guidance and answering queries.
- Maintain knowledge of the available pharmaceutical products.
- Help manage product listings and inventory in the online platform.
- Work closely with the Procurement Pharmacist to stay updated on product availability.
- Ensure the accurate processing of customer orders.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and returns.
- Contribute to sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
- Stay updated on relevant pharmaceutical laws and e-commerce regulations.
- Assist in creating educational content for the website.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales reports.
- Help track and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure accurate recording of customer information and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales.
- Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, MBBS or any other Health/Life Sciences Related Field
- Have completed NYSC Program
- Fully registered pharmacists are also welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and care services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital environment.
- Good organization and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online sales.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
