Job Overview
This position will spearhead the growth and performance management of our franchise hub network. The ideal candidate will be tasked with onboarding, training, managing, and scaling warehouse franchise partners throughout Nigeria, ensuring smooth, efficient operations that align with our B2B e-commerce goals. This role requires a strong grasp of last-mile logistics, third-party management, and franchise operations within a rapidly growing environment.
Primary Duties
Supervise the onboarding and establishment of new hub partners, ensuring they meet company standards and operational excellence.
Hire, orient, and educate hub teams, laying a solid foundation for operational success.
Oversee and enhance last-mile delivery operations to meet customer expectations and company service level agreements.
Create and implement hub-specific SLAs, operational agreements, and performance metrics.
Track and manage hub profitability, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
Guide daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and quick resolution of operational issues.
Boost hub partner ROI through data-driven decision-making and effective resource allocation.
Grow the hub network by identifying strategic locations and scaling partner operations.
Build and maintain strong third-party relationships, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring service quality.
Regularly assess and improve hub performance through ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.
Perform regular order reconciliation and hub audits to ensure operational accuracy and financial transparency.
Develop contingency plans and troubleshoot issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, preferably within the e-commerce or FMCG sector.
Demonstrated experience in managing warehouse partners or franchise networks.
